• All retail orders incur a delivery charge per order based on the total weight of the order.
• The option for insurance is available to all purchasers. If they do not accept this option they are liable for items that arrive in a damaged condition.
• Prices listed are market retail price and are tax inclusive, in Indian rupees for customers in India only.
• We can accept payment by Demand Draft, Money Order or Credit Card through Paypal.
• All claims for non-delivery should be made within 3 months of order.
• Every purchase is subject to the laws of Delhi.
• Mountain Peak reserves the right to alter book prices and specifications, and the terms above without notice.

Prize Draw Conditions

1. No employees of Mountain Peak or their families are eligible for the draw.
2. Only registered customers who are resident in India are eligible for the draw.
3. Prize will be delivered to the registered address of the winner. Mode of delivery is at the discretion of Mountain Peak.
4. Winner will allow their name and photo to be used on the website when the winner is announced.
5. The draw is random and the decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. The prize of Rs1000 worth of books can be selected from any books or products on the Mountain Peak website depending on availability.
7. The draw will be held on December 12th 2007 if the minimum number of registrations has been reached. If the minimum is not reached by that date the draw will be held as soon as 750 customers have registered on the site.
